An old university project from the 4th semester which I have reworked a while ago because I still like the concept and the design. The concept was about a creative residency. You rent a two-storey space. Downstairs is a workspace, and upstairs is a small apartment with overnight accommodation. The houses directly facing each other and the space in between create a platform for ideas and communication. There is also a larger exhibition space in each street. Exhibitions are held there every month. If you wish, you can also take part in creative competitions there. These take place once a month.
